TILT loves repeat customers and our website now offers our customers the chance to collect loyalty points every single time you shop with us!

For every pound you spend with us, you will be rewarded with a loyalty point.

Each point is worth £0.01.

These points can be used when you next shop with us.

Meaning you'll be able to save money every time you order from us.

General

  • TILT Loyalty Points (“TILT Loyalty Points”) are operated by TILT Professional Makeup Ltd (“TILT” or “we”).
  • You need a TILT website account to be able to redeem TILT Loyalty points.
  • TILT can cancel, withdraw, or alter the TILT Loyalty Points scheme at any time.
  • You earn TILT Loyalty Points on qualifying online orders ONLY.
  • TILT can reduce, delete, or cancel a customer’s Loyalty points at any time if we find that the customer is unintentionally orintentionally misusing the TILT Loyalty Points scheme.
  • TILT Loyalty Points are only valid at www.tiltmakeup.com
  • Points are not transferable between accounts.
  • Points cannot be awarded after an order has been placed if you hadn’t registered and logged into a website account.
  • Points cannot be awarded for historical orders.
  • Points cannot be earned when shopping on third part websites.
  • The TILT Loyalty Points scheme is for personal use ONLY. Points cannot be earned on purchases for businesses. By business, we mean wholesale, production, film, photoshoots, schools, universities and any other company or educational institution that is not for the customer’s personal use. TILT reserves the right, at point of purchase or retrospectively, to
    determine whether a transaction constitutes business usage and amend or delete points as we see fit.
  • Points are not available on gift cards and delivery charges.
  • TILT will delete the account and associated points accrued if the account has not been used for one year. 
  • During TILT promotional points events, existing points will not increase in value or be multiplied.
  • TILT hire services and products are excluded from the Loyalty Points scheme.
  • TILT reserves the right to withdraw points promotions/offers and amend these terms and conditions without prior notice at any time.

Collecting TILT Loyalty Points

  • The standard number of points you will collect is ONE TILT Loyalty Point for every £1 you spend on qualifying purchases.
  • The number of points you earn may increase during promotional periods and if your online order qualifies for points during that promotional period.
  • You need to be logged in to your TILT website account BEFORE your complete payment of your online purchase to earn points. Points cannot be awarded if you are not logged in.
  • PRO discount and points cannot be used at the same time at checkout. This is because when you want to redeem your points, you will be given a code to enter at checkout. The discount code field does not allow two codes to be entered at one time so you will not be able to add your points code as well as your discount code.
  • After shopping online on www.tiltmakeup.com, if your order qualifies for the Tilt Loyalty Points scheme, your points will automatically be uploaded onto your Tilt website account after your order has left our warehouse.
  • If a product is out of stock, you will not earn points for the out-of-stock product.
  • We reserve the right to adjust points accordingly if we notice that the system added points to your account for a product that was out of stock during processing of your online order.

Spending TILT Loyalty Points

  • ONE point is worth ONE penny to spend on products purchased online at www.tiltmakeup.com
  • Points cannot be spent on mirror hire, chair hire, gift cards and current or future services offered at TILT.
  • You can apply your points to your order at checkout in the discount code field.

Returning Goods where points were earned or spent

  • If you return a product for a refund, we will deduct the number of points collected from your TILT Loyalty Points scheme.
  • We will refund your product or order according to the method of payment used at the time of purchase (points, debit/credit card, or PayPal, or a combination of these payment methods, where applicable).
